SL Black Label offer a 3D rubber print to produce a raised crafted 3d intricate finish on many of our baseball caps. With 7 colours of 3d material to choose from the rubber effect vinyl offers matte finish and combines perfectly with many hat styles. Your logo becomes raised by approximately 1mm from the face of the product. The materials are Vegan and Oeko-Tex approved, so ethically you have peace of mind. Available in White, Yellow, Red, Royal blue, Navy blue, Green, Black and Silver grey.
Rubber print is a branding technique that has become synonymous with sportswear brands. When applied to SL Black Label’s high quality caps, this branding technique creates an Athleisure look. The rubber print has a soft rubberised textured feel and has a great strength and elasticity. As a branding technique it is both durable and versatile and is perfect to elevate your design with 39 colours to choose from. This technique is also Oeko-Tex certified.
SL Black Label’s flock print provides a velvet like finish, creating a strong unique way of presenting your logos on our caps. Flock print adds a touch of luxury and texture to our high quality pre made caps. With a selection of of 30 vivid colours to choose from, the material is made with high quality fibres making the colours vibrant and durable, it’s a great alternative to a traditional embroidery and is Oeko-Tex approved.
Digital print works perfectly to elevate any brand using almost any logo. When your logos are full of colours, require colour blends, or when we need to produce highly intricate details, a digital print offers the perfect solution. Offering a near photographic reproduction of logo’s and branding elements, SL Black label can apply digital prints to many of our cap styles, including 5 and 6 panel shaped caps.

On our extensive range of polyester caps, Laser etching provides a highly detailed tonal finish that burns and etches directly onto the fabric of the cap.
